About Us

The ARK Academy is first and foremost, an Education and Development Center. Using the most recent research standards and a curriculum powered by STEAM, we are committed to providing high quality care and education in the NWA area. We are a faith based and local family owned. We are looking for experienced, passionate, knowledgeable, and fun-loving staff to join our team. We love first, then teach.

Job Summary

• Nurture and facilitate quality education and by delivering a comprehensive curriculum that meets various need of children, effectively interact with children in a developmentally appropriate manner.
• Planning ability to align our research-based curriculum with appropriate standards and objectives.
• Student observation and assessment; facilitate Parent-Teacher Conferences.
• Classroom management skills with clearly defined educative and imaginative centers.
• Appropriately displaying evidence of learning within a classroom’s allocated space.
• Effectively communicate and engage appropriately with families
